Issue:

Cause:
This can happen if you are in a wrong user account. (Make a new one and it might be solved)
All the hsbcad account tokens are programmed to expire after a certain time ( this is about 2 or 3 months ) as with many other online accounts for example MS, Autodesk, etc.
This will need to be refreshed when that happens.
Once that it has been refreshed, you should not see this again until the next hsbcad account token has expired.
Solution:
- This can happen if you are in a wrong user account. (Make a new account and it might be solved)
OR
- Login and out of your hsbDesign license with the following link
https://www.hsb-cad.com/hsbDOWNLOAD/hsbCAD23/hsbSupportTools.zip
Once you have downloaded the *.zip file in you C:\Program Files\hsbcad\hsbDesign23\hsbSupportTools, select the file, right click and select Properties,

Select the hsbUpdateXTest.exe, the MainWindow dialog box will open.

Select the Licensing button

Logout and log back in by selecting the Logout button.
You might be asked to Reset hardware, please do that and logout and back in again.

OR last resort
Open the registry editor with win+r regedit and delete the marked files, restart hsbcad, this should work now.
