hsb_E-ReferenceDrill

This tsl inserts drills as a reference position. 
The drills are placed along a vertical and/or horizontal line. 
This lines are offsetted from the elements origin and can be moved with a grippoint afterwards. 
The drills are placed in the center of the beams.
