General TSL

This tsl creates a catalogue for hsb_E-ColorBeams.

The hsb_E-BeamToSheet is used to convert a beam to a sheet. This tsl uses a Catalogue.

This tsl applies numbering. Only works for beams and sheets which are attached to an element.
