Download the following application: 
https://www.hsb-cad.com/hsbDOWNLOAD/hsbSupportTools/hsbSupportTools.zip

Place this file in the installation path in your C:\Program Files\hsbcad\hsbComponents

You need to unlock the file first. (Right click the zip file)

Open the hsbSupportTools folder and run the hsbSupportTools.exe app

In that hsbSupportTools app, you can update or check your license for the hsbDesign... for AutoCAD® Architecture

This App can also be used later on as an external way of Updating your hsbDesign
