Firewall settings for hsbDesign

You must make the following settings in your firewall to ensure smooth work with hsbdesign.

HSBCAD Servers and Ports for IT Permissions.
For firewalls, proxies and antivirus software.

Ports 80 and 443 must be released in the following domains:

• http://www.hsbcad.com
• http://www.hsb-cad.com
• http://www.hsbshare.com
• http://myhsbcad.com
• http://hsbservices.com
  

Probably the mails are getting blocked before it gets to your mailbox.
(And is therefore not visible in the spam folder)

Ask the ICT department if they can add the email address no-reply@hsbcad.com to the Whitelist for you.

Please include all child addresses.
