This version of hsbDesign is ''Unlicensed''

Issue:

This version of hsbDesign is Unlicensed

Cause:

All the hsbcad account tokens are programmed to expire after a certain time ( this is about 2 or 3 months ) as with many other online accounts for example MS, Autodesk, etc.
This will need to be refreshed when that happens.
Once that it has been refreshed, you should not see this again until the next hsbcad account token has expired.

OR

Due to a main Windows update, the hsbcad license data could be no longer be “preserved” in the registry.
Logging out and back in will update the registry and resolve the issue.

This message can also pop up if you don't have a valid license.

Solution:

You will just need to log back in, select the Login button in the bottom right hand side.
Login first and then Logout and then Login again.
