New and improved user interface

• The interface has been designed with a focus on user experience, making it even more user-friendly and intuitive.
• With this new interface, our customers will find it easier to adopt the solution and start generating value quickly

New Model Viewer

• We have also completely re-created the model viewer, which enables you to visualize the model with more detail and speed than before.
• All functions, like section viewing, rotating, measuring, and multi-select, are still present and even easier to use than before.

Teams, roles, and access rights

• This feature allows you to create your team, invite people and manage their roles to restrict or enable access to topics like issue management or document management.

Track issues within your project and team

• With this feature, you can add, change or create issues, and the team members will receive notifications of issues assigned to them.
• You can link an entire model to an issue or separate entities.

Document storage

• This feature allows you to attach any document to an entity or the entire model, so you can easily find your documents and transform your workflow from paper-based to digital.

IFC import

• With hsbShare 3, you can directly upload an IFC file and explore it through the viewer.
• All information is available for the model and all functions like documents management, issue management, and permissions on these models can be used.

Share your project with stakeholders

• You can easily share your model privately or publicly and you can restrict the accessibility of documents and issues for this model.
• Enhance your collaboration with your stakeholders with hsbShare now.

What’s not included in the new version

• We have not migrated all our functionality from hsbShare 2.0 to hsbShare 3.0, and therefore hsbShare 2.0 remains accessible.
• The features that were not yet migrated are the IFC import set and hsbStacking.
• IFC import set functionality allows you to create a subset from your model, which can be imported based on rules into hsbDesign.
• hsbStacking enables you to stack your trucks in a particular order.
• Access the http://legacy.hsbshare.com website to access the old functionality. In the movie underneath you see how you can navigate from hsbShare 3 to legacy.hsbshare.com
